INTERNSHIP STARTS AUGUST 2021 ARE YOU A SOPHOMORE CURRENTLY? NEED A PAID INTERNSHIP? The Talent Integration Intern works closely with the North Country’s Talent Integration Team. This person will play a crucial role in the clinical and behavioral health provider recruitment experience and professional retention initiatives. This is an entry-level position and duties include primarily administrative, customer relations, and data collection tasks. Our mission is to help our employees (and interns) bring their best work to the world to help patients enjoy meaningful, healthful lives. We do this through action learning and creating relevant, interesting growth opportunities in the healthcare and hospitality industry. Summary Of The Responsibilities The Intern Will Have • Work alongside Patient Relations Reps to become better hospitality healthcare students/graduates. • Assemble and send appreciation gifts for Providers and assist with retention efforts. • Assist with the monitoring and updating of online website presence/ take photos of clinics and events and post on social media such as on company page on LinkedIn. • Provide world-class customer experience to candidates, their families, and coworkers. • Assist with site visits and live/virtual conferences for Providers with Recruiters, $executive Administrative Assistant, CMO’s, and DCMOs. • Assist with the monitoring and updating of online website presence. • Assist Provider candidates with the reimbursement of eligible expenses. • Assist with Provider candidate e-mails – monthly updates. • Assist with the Loan Repayment Reporting requirements for state, federal, and NCHC loan repayment programs. Skills/traits which students should already have in order to be successful at this site: • Enrolled in an undergraduate education program requiring internship experience in a related field. • Eager and quick to learn and apply new education technology. • Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and team participation skills. • Outstanding relationship building skills and the ability to quickly engage new hires, employees, Sr. Management, and outside assistance, i.e.: FMC, Education Department. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time constraints. • Understands and embraces diversity and inclusiveness in thoughts, words and actions. • Understands and embraces a healthy lifestyle in thoughts, words and actions. • Proficiency using data collection instruments (Excel), word processing, email, PowerPoint. . • Ability to complete administrative tasks.
