We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative assistance. As the first person that callers and visitors encounter, the right person will have a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor, will be organized, and able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Various administrative duties including but not limited to: greeting incoming client calls and visitors, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, data entry, managing Redtail CRM, processing applications, tracking pending business, preparing reports, maintaining files, keeping office supplies in stock, keeping the office tidy. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Quickbooks. Prefer experience managing Redtail CRM system. Previous financial services experience preferred but not required.
The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as be a great team member. Will sponsor the right person to get licensed.

MUST: Live in Flagstaff
